Showdown Comes to Pearey House

It’s official… the wait is over!
Pearey House now has its very own custom-built Showdown table — and we’re buzzing to bring this epic VI sport to the area!

We might still be arguing over the rules, but hey, we’ve got the table and that’s half the battle, right?

We’ll soon be on the hunt for new players to join our Showdown squad – whether you’re competitive or just curious, we’d love to have you involved!

Pearey House Holiday

Well, the dust has (finally) settled after another legendary holiday!

18 of us packed our bags and set off to sunny Llandudno for some well-earned R&R—and wow, did we make the most of it! Boat rides, prom strolls, mountain adventures, delicious food, drinks flowing, and evenings full of laughs and entertainment. We came for a break and left with memories that’ll last a lifetime!

Massive shoutout to Helen for pulling it all together, and to the amazing staff and volunteers who kept us safe, smiling, and thoroughly spoiled.

So… same time next year? Where are we off to next?!

Walking Group

We braved the elements with our VI walking club and were lucky the weather stayed kind!

Meggies Burn was a bit too slippy, so we opted for a gentler stroll by the historic Blyth Battery instead, followed by some well-earned refreshments at a cosy café.
